• Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Or Drugs Are Strictly Prohibited. We Have The Right To Refuse Admission To Anyone.
• It Is Mandatory To Use Safety Wears Which Is Provided By The Management.
• Race Starts Are Not Allowed Without Permission From The Management.
• Bumping, weaving And Cutting Off Another Kart Is Strictly Prohibited.
• Participants Should Listen To The Marshall Instruction Before Starting The Session And Should Follow Marshall Instruction And Safety Requirement During The Session.
• In Case Of Kart Stalled, Please Remain In The Kart And Wait Until A Marshall Come To Assist You.
• Maintain A Very Slow Speed While Coming Into The Pit Lane.
• Loose Clothing Like Saree And Burka Are Not Allowed As It Could Get Entangled In Rotating Parts.
• It Is Must To Keep Both Hands And Feet Inside The Kart At All Time.
• This Is A FAMILY FUN Center, No Obscene Language Will Be Tolerated.
• Hair Longer Than Shoulder Length Should Be Tied Up Inside The Helmet.
• Please Don't Keep You Hand Near Engine Area As You May Burn Your Hand Due To Engine And Exhaust Temperature. 
• Drivers Has To Pay For The Damage They Cause To An Engine.
• If You Hit The Tyre Barrier Hard You Will Be Disqualified.
• Not Following The Track Rules Can Get You Or Others Injured. So If Anyone Fails To Meet Any Of The Rules Will Be Refused To Continue The Session And No Refund Will Be Provided.

The following will be strictly enforced under 

ECR SPEEDWAY Code of Conduct

1. No cussing or foul language.
2. No fighting.
3. No loitering.
4. No weapons.
5. No panhandling.
6. No solicitation.
7. No disorderly conduct.
8. No bicycles or skateboards.
9. No bullying or roughness.
10. No outside food or beverages will be allowed in the facility.
11. No alcohol or loud music in the parking lot.

 ***If you fail to follow our code of conduct or instructions issued by the staff, or if you are black flagged on the track, there will be NO REFUND for your visit with us. We want everyone to have fun, but no one person’s attempt at fun should create a dangerous or negative experience for any other person or group in visiting us. Please respect our rules and enjoy your time at ECR SPEEDWAY!*** 

 The following is not permitted and will be strictly enforced under the ECR SPEEDWAY Dress Code:

• No Loose Clothing,
• No Burka,
• No Saree,
• No Long Skirts,
• No Heels Shoes,
• No Scarf. 

The Reason Is Loose Clothing Has More Chances To Get Tangled With The Rotating Parts In The Front And Rear Section Of The Kart Which Will Cause Serious Injuries. So For The Safety Of The Customers, We Follow The Dress Code Very Strictly.

In order to provide a wholesome, safe and fun environment for, YOU, our customers, we reserve the right to set standards for conduct, dress and appearance of our customers. We will not permit behavior that is not up to our standards.

Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the code of conduct and dress code.
